I have not made it a revenue site yet just concentrating on getting members, I am thinking of google adsense, would this be the best way for this site ?

 

Without traffic probably now more than $30, with that traffic I would say $200-$400 but a buyer might be hard to find, where is the traffic coming from?

I think you have enough traffic now to start monetizing the site, you'll not get much money for your site without proof of revenue.
