Yes, I find the problem too. I have sent mail to Clickbank, cos I got 2 sales on Nov 7 from the analytics, but the snapshot just showed 1 sale on the same day. All the analytics is wrong from Nov 7 to now.
CB had a series of upgrades/updates in late October & early November, so I guess the analytics part is a little off kilter because of that. In my case, the analytics graph shows about 50% less hops for Nov 8 compared to Nov 7.
Yes indeed...good to hear it's not just me! My hops went from 150 a day to 5 or 6 each yesterday and today and no sales last two days. Very disconcerting on it's own, not so bad when I see others with exact same issue.
same with me Analytics shows I made 2 sales total $19.24 on Nov 7th, but snapshot shows just 1 sale $9.62. F**k I have mailed this problem to Clickbank Support Team, now waiting response.
Totally agree with this thread Suddenly I am only seeing 10 hoplinks when I normal get around a 100 each day. WTF is wrong with clickbank, they earn all this money and every other day you see the message analytics are delayed again, now its not even registring hoplinks at all. Why don't they invest in a new system that actually shows us instant updates of hoplink clicks, if someone clicks a hoplink it should show up straight away. Just another example of a lazy company that has had it too easy for too long.
Nothing new...this is standard CB procedure, so many of them lately I do not care anymore. You cannot change anything anyway...
But I am having the same issues too, on the 7th...analytics shows 2 sales for a product but snapshot shows 1 sale.....and there was a traffic spike too on all my C ids on that day.
Something else I have noticed. When you check the vendor hops each one has just 1 hoplink, normally its like 21 for 1, 12 for another etc Can someone else check this?
I stole all your hops! LOL, October 30th I had 1050 hops for a product I was promoting that was getting ~5 every two weeks (abandoned). Also noticed a huge downturn in sales, but that could be seasonal as well.
For my question, the Clickbank Support team said: ---------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for your inquiry! Our Analytics page is currently being updated, and so you may experience some reporting issues. You should be able to see all of your stats and will be able to use the Analytics page by tomorrow. This has not affected the HopLink tracking, only the summary analytics. Your sales and Hops are still being tracked and will be available for viewing as soon as the system is updated. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance! Thank you, -------------------------------------------- F**K
I don't know if any of you use redirects for your hoplinks (the forwarding and masking method) I discovered an issue today. Read my latest thread that I started today. (Issue with clickbank and godaddy) I learned a hard lesson today- to be sure that I go back and check my domain names- Go to the order page to order the product. On that page, it should show affiliate=your clickbank ID. Mine were showing affiliate=none so I went onto and actually ordered one of my products through my domain and did not get credit for the sale :-( Luckily, I only have like 10 of them and on 8 of them, it was redirecting to the vendor page but my affiliate code was not there and I was not getting credit. I am nauseated thinking of the sales I have lost. I went through and redid my hoplink generate for each product and updated them in the forwarding section of godaddy. It takes anywhere from an hour to 2 days for them to show the update. That was a few hours ago and it is still showing affiliate=none on those. :-( Not all them sites are sites that convert well, but two of them do. This is what made me take notice- My stats really went down on those 2 products which surprised me because they have done well the last 2 years and I have alot of articles and ads out there promoting these.
