    I have too many projects going on and simply don't have time to promote this site. Assume there is no revenue, no traffic

    There is currently 130 quality ebooks, guides and scripts in the shop. You will get them all with resale right. Some ebook description have been rewritten for seo purposes. When I bought the site, it came with about 400 items initially, I spent a lot of time filtering out the junk items.

    Buyer will also get this package for free with resale rights. You can put those products on the site and set your own price.

    There is a really nice backend with this software. You can add/edit/delete item very easily.

    There is almost no maintenance required for this site/script, user add the items to cart, pay for it via paypal and the system will generate an email with download link and send to buyers automatically. The only maintenance you'll need to do is add new items and promote the site.

    Domain is registered with godaddy.

    Starting bid for the site will be $50.
    BIN is set at $150

    I sent jongderic a PM about the winning of the auction. He said he'll have the money ready and get back with me in 2 days.

    It has bee 3 or 4 days and I still haven't heard anything. I just PMed him again, if he doesn't reply, I'll open the auction back up.
