    I would like to update and take my words back about bad customer support from this guy. Finally i bought the v2 of this script which is installed at http://www.checkwebsitestats.com/ with the help of eziscript owner.

    Next you need to email him and ask him your questions in a nice way and iam sure they should be sorted out. I emailed him atleast 9 times in the last 24 horus and got almost instant email response, thanks to the time zone.

    I can now vouch that you can buy scripts from him. Also the OP is suggested to give a try again and see if his issues can be solved.

    Any message i am received form digitalpoint or other forum its direct drop in my personal email address and support ticket and other things are under Support Department, and support department follow all the tickets and message which send from our website.

    You need to send a support ticket again and our support department will contact you as soon as possible.
