Hi, I have bought several scripts at www.eziscript.com and did that cause the guy helped me and was very friendly. But since a few months this all turned.. Since then I have never received an answer anymore. I opened support tickets, emailed him also emailed him at his private address, pmed here on this board but not a single response.. Hopefully he will read THIS and will finally give me access to my bought scripts again! As long as he does not respond Ill advise you to stay away! Thank you, Bouman
hi Bouman! Thanks for you comments. 1. I email to almost all of my customers about my accidents. that's why i did not reply to any one from 12 feb to 16 March bcoz of i am on bed rest. 2. I try to reply to every one when i using my computer. 3. 95% of my customer are happy about my work and support only 5% are scammer or don't understand how to manage websites. 4. Most of error are user generated just like, change CSS and ask me to fix it, Edit PHP code and then some function stop working etc. 5. in This Forum PM you send me this message. I have bought 2 scripts from you, why do you NOT respond at support tickets on your website?! I want to be able to download both the scripts anytime I want. i don't know what is your Ticket number. i reply almost all ticket except 2-3 tickets. Screenshot: About download any time script you need to enable Select Extended Download Warranty this from plimus when you purchased if you did't then its your responsibility to make backup of this script. Still i send download to my customer who did not have backup.
That option was not available when I bought my 2 scripts! And I am not asking you for fixing errors! I am just asking you to give me rights to download updates and the full script..

And Trendcounter Clone at Thu, 29 Apr 2010 its almost same as above. 3. you place ticket at Feb 15 2011, and i got accident at 12 Feb that's why i did not reply your message. And this is not my fault about support reply. i replied every single your ticket. and also i replied every email you place at Date: Mon, 8 Nov 2010 23:25:35 +0500 you could check how fast i reply. You really want me to place all the emails I have send and support tickets I opened with no reply? Cause at the post you placed above this post, you are suggesting I need too.. But I dont want to do it, and I am already glad you finally respond. I also told in this thread I WAS a HAPPY customer.. and maybe will be again. Its not the problem about having the sources.. I have those.. I need the updates.. Cause without the updates I still have a NOT working website. Or have these downloads the updates already applied?

Same here, i had also purchased a copy of v1.0 and then worked on the site to get it established first. Now since version 2.0 has come up i have been trying to contact the seller for a upgrade but no response ever. Along with this i was planning to help the seller but reviewing the script along with our site launch but never expected such a bad support.
You just send me the single email and telling me i did not reply? In eziscript.com at http://eziscript.com/2011/01/websiteoutlook-v2/ its clear mention that v1.5 not upgrade able to version 2. i don't think so i need to reply your email. Thanks,

I don't know why he lying because i reply every email and message, and my script working fine without any problem here is the PM conversation proof. How do your PMs equate to the script working ok? Are you completely dense? Are you also going to post your latest PM where you are refusing to fix the problems? (not that you had any intention of doing them anyway after refusing to speak to me on messenger). Think about this people - he sells a script that he admits has dead links, refuses to refund (no mention of this on his site) and takes a day to reply to messages. And because he is upset that I have posted here and stated his script and support are crap, he refuses to fix the dead links that he confirms are there. Almost laughable that people can work like this nowadays.
This guy just emailed all his customers to visit this thread and take positive about his script but well why would we? I bought a licensed copy which he is now charging us for upgrading, while when we bought it initially we were not informed that we would have to pay for that. This is a clear scam. Next he never responds professionally and just talks like a kid online who has found a way to easily earn money and does not understand what is Reputation & Customer Relationship. If he offers free upgrade to his old customers obviously his script would get famous and get him hundreds of more clients rather than him giving away discount coupons for new clients. Word of mouth works better if you understand client problems and fix them.
I did not ask my customer to reply only good review... i also ask if you don't like you could also post bad review.. In last email which you send me you ask me about coupon code and i told you right know i don't have coupon code, when we have any coupon code we will inform you as today i sent email to all of my customer/subscriber for FathersDay discount. And i know how to business and i do my best. You asked me your three problem.. Thumbnail, Sitemap and Adsense on adult site.. and i replied and asked you to send me those files which i told you, i will fix it send it to you but you did not .. Mostly people change file coding so that's why i need your file for editing. so its not my problem i replied professionally and working hard to fix my customers problems, if customer did not wanted so what i do? I don't care what people say, because i honest with my work and i also honest with my customers.
