    Site is CMS based and allows normal people to post and write with no need for technical knowledge. Users Submitted SEO Articles. Many of them are unique and no where on internet. Specially the first 17 and many other in previous 6 months.
    The reason im selling is i have no real time to keep it updated like i think it should be...
