So If you have been on EzineArticles lately, you will see that Google ads are everywhere around the articles now. Of course alot of us knew this was coming, but it came kindof as a shock to me, since I am an article writer. I am sure people working with ads are happy, since it now means they can get more income via the website; however does anyone else feel this imposes a bit on the actual content EzineArticles offers? As an article writer myself, I just wonder how much my content will be viewed, and how well I can have my hops followed through with. Perhaps I feel threatened, however I can't say it isn't a bit discouraging to see as much text in ads as there is in my own article! However, what do you guys make of this new change, what are the pro's and cons? I am well aware that adaptation is key, especially in the online world, so that isn't really an issue for me. But I would still like to know what people are making from both sides of it. If you write articles currently, or work with ads (or even just have some input), then let me know what you make of this? p.s. also, what about the formatting of the ads; some people say it may be against Google guidelines?? Some input is appreciated, thanks!
