I agree...$97 is a lot to pay for service that many platinum authors already get in some categories. Art
Does Clickbank encourages you to get into eZine Articles to promote its merchandising? I have seen this is a recurring topic, people trying to get into that articles place to promote Clickbank when the TOS doesn't allow affiliate links or masked/framed links. Now the question, do the rules change if you pay for the premium membership?
You know, just to be SPECIAL, I would sign up for it, if I had some extra cash to waste, but not now....
There's some guy at the warrior forum that has his article directory worked that way. He thinks it is the future. Of course, you don't pay $97 a month and I think you can actually customize the ads on the article page if you want. Don't recall the site, but it could be the future.
I think Ezine could do a little revenue sharing through adsense for their best contributors, like this forum does!
Umm.. it might be a good thing for someone who does article submission service though. Anyone here have a premium membership? hehe.
Its a complete waste of time if you submit a regular number of articles daily because: say you submit 10 articles a day and they get approved that very day, you will have ten articles going up everyday after 1 day. but then say you submit 10 articles a day and they get approved 3 days later, you will have ten articles going up everyday after 3 days. so $97 a month is not worth it whatsoever for 2 days of not having articles up!
Unless you are pumping out like 300 articles a day and want them all to be released before the platinum authors, I see no reason to do this.
If your making a ton of cash then $97 a month is just another business expense especially if you rely heavily on Ezinearticles and article marketing. For the average webmaster I would say it is way too expensive for what it does which is essentially just a push to the front of the queue as I'm sure there is a ton of other stuff you could do while waiting for your articles to be approved.
I signed up a little while ago. If your mass submitting it's good, but other than that, save your cash. You can also schedule release which is pretty cool. It wasn't worth it for me.
Depending on your method of submitting the premium membership might be good. When I was mass submitted content I found better approval rates when I submitted 3-4 articles at time then wait til they are approved to submit my next set than when I submitted 30 articles at a time. I have a feeling each reviewer views a batch of articles at a time and when they see a mass of articles with similar content from the same author...rejected!!...idk..that is just my hunch
