ok, I am having an issue with ezinearticles.com. i submitted a few of my articles for publishing and some were accepted, some were rejected. the ones rejected are due to author name being inappropriate (apparently, they had editors with different guidelines)

i emailed them to change my author name within 24 hours so that they can fix the problem asap (as said by them, not me). 2 days later and still no reply except for more articles rejected.

so i decided to change my author resource box name into what i thought was correct. now more of my articles are rejected because the resource box author name doesn't match my author name.

so what now? am i screwed or what. i am still waiting for the support team to reply to my email. anyone have a solution to this?

it seems that my only way out right now is to modify my author name until the next editor doesn't see a problem with it. i guess a large website like ezine doesn't reply to your emails w/o an autoresponder or some sort.

    That's odd.

I'm not too fond of the editors myself for my own reasons, but when I requested my name to be changed to my pen name they followed through...so your best bet is to just wait it out.

I have had some of my articles rejected their for similiar arbitrary reasons, although the ones that have been accepted have gotten hits so I can't really complain. But usually you can correct things on your own because when they reject they generall also have an edited and re-submit link.

I think you could get an immediate solution if you raise the same query at ezine article forum.
