ezinearticles is taking too much time to review articles!!!

    Hi,

I am a basic plus memeber, I have 138 live articles on ezinearticles from 4 pet names.

it normally takes 3-4 days to get reviewed, if I submite in wednesday then I get approved on Monday.

But latly (since the beginning of this month) is taking 12-15 days to get reviewed!

I contacted them and this is what they replied to me:
"I apologize for the delay in review time.
We have been experiencing an increase in article submissions over the past few weeks.
We are working diligently to get your articles reviewed and approved.
Although I cannot provide you with a specific review timeframe, please know that we will review your articles as soon as possible."

has any1 facing the same problem latly?

This problem is more than likely due to the fact that more and more people are signing up for the premium membership. As you may already know, premium members move to the front of the line to get their articles approved first. I know of some premium members in my category that have a ton of articles getting published daily, so this could possibly be one the problems with such a long delay for basic, basic plus, and even platinum authors to get the articles approved.

Yeah I am about the same as you cribat, I emailed them and they said they are getting more submissions than usual I think its because of this and because they want more people to pay perhaps.

No longer happening to me. I put in a few articles last week, and they were approved within 48 hours. I haven't paid them a dime.

Why not create your own blog and study SEO, link what you are selling inside your post? Man, that works wonders!

I stopped using ezinearticles because of this. There are a million article places and I don't have the time to wait 7 days to get 1 article approved when I can go else where can get articles approved in 24 - 48 hours.

I am not using ezinearticles now, because they are taking too much time for approval.
Last article took 15 days to get approved.

BTW, this post is in the wrong section. What to do ezinearticles with Affiliate Program
I think you should request for a move of your thread to the correct section.

Yes, I am facing same concern. This is because Ezines is running contests since last few months which has increased no of submissions and their staff is practically the same.
I won't move from EZA though as the no of views I get from articles I submit to eza is far too much than any other directory.

From what I hear, even Platinum member's articles are being delayed. Premium members, however, are facing no such delays. Ezine is probably concentrating more on premium members, or may be they are intentionally delaying other members to check/test if they shift to premium members.

Normally they took 2-4 days for my articles to get publish. But sometimes they took more than 5 days and that's ridiculous.

That's not actually too bad... It takes time to approve articles and even more time when there's tons of them. ;)

There isn't another great directory such as EzineArticles.com.

Thing is there are thousands of directories but none will send as much traffic/rank high in google as EzineArticles and if anyone is using EZA they well know this.

I can imagine how much time they require to check and approve thousands of articles daily. :)
