It is what it says it is ... you are using the keyword too much. The keywords density needs to be < 2% for body + resource box .So, for a 500 words article you can use any keyword phrase only 9 times or less...
what he says.....also try spreading latent semantic terms e.g...dog, canine, puppy, hound e.t.c, basic but you should get the idea
