Ezinearticles direct linking question..

    Hi there,

    Quick question.. I'm aware that with ezinearticles you are able to link directly to a domain, but you cannot be linking to a subfolder of the domain ex. mysite.com/sub

    My question is, are you able to direct link to a sub domain?
    ex. product.mysite.com

    Any insight would be great!

    You CAN link to a page on your site. I have done it before numerous times without any problems. What you can't do is redirect an affiliate link using a folder on your site eg. mysite.com/affiliatefolder.html.

    You can't use a subdomain to do that either but you may be able to link to a subdomain on your site.

    Thanks man.

    Kinda unclear still tho.. so you CAN use directlinking on a subdomain?

    ex.. earth4energy.mysite.com -> merchant page

    Anyone do this?

    You can. What you are talking about is affiliate links. With those you are only allowed to link to the most basic level.

    you can link your any web page with the correct anchor text....................................
