According to what ive read on EzineArticles, you can only put a link to an affiliate product in your bio box if it leads to the main page page of the website. (www.website.com not www.website.com/site.html ect.) To the best of my knowledge this article is leading to a page that is not the home page. http://ezinearticles.com/?Gold-Secrets-For-World-of-Warcraft-Review---Best-Gold-Gathering-Tips-For-Wow&id=1395734 Am I wrong as of the method this author is using? Or did this author use a trick by making the home or main page an untitled document?
They don't care if you point to a page other than the index of a site, they just don't want you using affiliate links.
Scar is right, you can't use any affiliate links in the bio box, and you can't use your own domain to re-direct to an affiliate site either. If you want to send someone to an affiliate site you will have to build a page on your own domain and put the affiliate link on the page you build, most people call that a landing page. Then the visitor can click on the affiliate link from the page you built. Clint
