Thanks guy, I have a gotten some great advice! @mixke, Thank you for understanding me. Like I said in my original post. I understand the concept of syndication. I understand and I agree to allow people to copy my work. My only concerned was the link that I wasn't receiving. EZA's TOS says copying is fine as long as you leave the resource box unedited and retain the link. I was not getting my links and that was why I was put off. Thanks again. As far as other sources to submit my articles, I've trued goarticles and I was not impressed. It took a long to for my articles to get accepted and there was no progress. I will stick with EZA for my article marketing. I've tried an article spinner in the past. Unique Article Wizard. The backlinks was very poor. The directories and blogs they were submitted to looked robotic and very spammish. I've been writing 300 word articles and working on the "salesman" approach. Right now, I believe writing long articles on EZA is a scam. Sure, there is a promise that people will republish you work but when that happens, it won't really do you good if you lose the resource link. It's almost a lose/lose situation. You lose a link when people copy it and you lose a potential click if there is too much information from the readers @ EZA.
I would say just do not worry about it unless it becomes a habit and HUGE problem. Then take some action.
I kinda feel used a bit by ezine not what I expected, and then the content shows up everywhere without any benefit to you or the site. Its a long game . at least thats what I see
I have been going back and forth with myself for some time about this. Not so much because people can syndicate articles, its because EZA is becoming more and more of a pain in the @ss to deal with. I prefer Buzzle. You can only put one link in your article, BUT they are less strict and I have had articles rank higher with Buzzle than EZA. I have also had articles posted the SAME DAY I submitted them whereas I sometimes have to wait up to 2 weeks with EZA.
Perhaps I can help you out here. 1) Your articles in EZA will rank, even if there is duplicate content. That is becoz EZA is an authority site and your articles are posted there first. 2) You may also wish to write shorter articles instead of going for long articles. An 800 word article could easily have been 2 400 word articles. How much traffic you get depends on the niche and the keyword you choose. If you post 10 articles, all using the same keywords, then obviously you're not going to multiply your traffic by 10 times. Also, if you choose a niche that is highly competitive (e.g. make money, seo, etc.) where lots of keywords (even long tail) are highly competitive, then you are also not going to make much headway. You will still get traffic though, only slower. 3) You are spending time on the articles, and your goal is to generate traffic. For this to be worthwhile for you, you have to be making money doing this. So it comes down to conversion. This depends on your internet marketing skills and experience. 4) Rest assured that article marketing is one of the easiest ways to drive traffic, especially long term traffic. If you are good at converting the traffic and choosing lucrative markets to go into, there is absolutely no reason why you should stop writing articles. Good luck!
there are actually a lot of content stealer out there specially if the contents are very usefull for people we have nothing to do with that. before I am using this site for article submission uniquearticlewizard ezinearticles.com articledashboard easyarticles articleblast but now I only use SYA article submitter Thanks,
what will do if you receive a mail from ezinearticles that the links on your articles are not working? checking the link to find out that your Blog is deleted forever
I like this idea and I will go back and check all my eZine articles for big ones and if they are big enough I will make a part one and part two! Great idea!!! As far as my luck with eZine Articles, it's worked well for me. When writing for ezineo put yourself in the mindset of wanting to write honest and helpful articles. If your effort seems half hearted, so will your rewards.
For now, ezinearticles stands out. You can build whatever writing skills you desire from there. You can use other article directory for back-up
ezinesarticles is still one of the popular articles website to submit to. Although as what some have said, there is other choices which we can use. Because of the amount of people submitting to them, the results varies and it will depend on how attractive your articles is to stand out from the crowd in order to benefit the most.
EZA is my number source of traffic. You have more unique people visiting EZA than any other forums. In the issue of duplicate content that is not EZA's fault. Someone can copy your work from your site and use it on their site. Another thing about duplicate, as you sign up for EZA you have already agreed to allow other people use your work on their site under the condition that they must include a link to your site and that gives you a back link. If you are into SEO you will want everybody who visits your site to do it because Google loves site that gets natural links. You need to optimize your article and take it to the top of serp to get the best from any articles you write.
I prefer guest blogging right now as it also builds you networks with bloggers whose site are bigger than yours but are willing to lend you a space to their readers provided your article meet their guidelines.
if you want to get traffic from Ezine then you have to promote it too like what youa re doing with your site. ARticle duplication is jsut a common thing on ezinearticles. You could not do anything about it.
If you are an intenet marketer... everyone here. you should use EZA position to get traffic to your sites... not your sales page but to a pre-sell page or squeeze page. Don't sell straight away it's too blunt. Writing 800 words will kill your productivity. That's why most people give up. Just write to the 250 minimum... if you write more like 300 don't worry about it! Your Title needs to grab the reader by the balls. You need to format the article... there are so many with huge block of text.... unreadable! 2/3 sentence paragraphs are ideal. use bullet points. use sub-headlines. use bold. You want to guide the reader down the page to your resource box and click on your link for more info. That's the whole point, right? Send them to a squeeze page - offer a free ebook / video/ etc... Often link leads to no where because they cancelled their domain or to a crappy blog with a couple of posts or just this morning a half completed membership site!! Waste of time. Send them to a squeeze page. If they are serious they will sign up. Once they are in the funnel you can market the good stuff to them.[/QUOTE] Thanks for the suggestions...will try it out!
Ezine is a great way to earn traffic and you can even get some clients there. Some will contact you for a job if they like you article/works.
