    Yes. Normally it goes back into the queue, but I've found the turn around time is pretty short. Things might of changed because it's been a while since I edited an approved article.

    yes, I've done this twice due to my stupidity of putting the wrong link in.

    first time it took 7 days to be re-approved, 2nd time less then 24 hours.
