    Hello DP

I currently have around 60 unique articles within ezine articles, optimised with certain anchor links within their sub footing.

Now out of these 60, have been checking with yahoo for links and there is only ever two. Does this mean the other 58 have no weight with regards to my website.

    Surely not.

Another thing, can i reproduce my own E zine articles to other directories.

check on google webmaster tool account to sew how many links google found. it might takes some time to get credit for the backlinks and in some cases, it might takes weeks or months.

yes, if the articles are already approved and posted on ezine, you can submit them to other directories. backlinks are not the only good thing coming out of article submission, you get some bonus traffic as well so more you submit, more traffic you get. but it would be better if you can spin them before submitting.

See if your articles are being cached by google, if they are then the links are counted but perhaps not showing up/getting credit yet. A great tool I use for checking backlinks is backlinkwatch.com Remember that article submission is great not only for the backlinks but for the unique visitors you can get from people reading your articles.
