Bluetoaster...well it sort of indicates it by the username the thread starter has. But having another language as your first language and English as your second, means that a person can be just as good. I must agree to some degree that it isn't perfect though. But in this day and age, you get what you pay for. If someone offered me $1-$2 an article, I wouldn't even bother to check my grammar overly or watch what I am saying. Just as an example... if you paid someone $10-$15 an article, then they will definitely make sure that it is good quality.
