Ezine articles submitted, started receiving traffic now what?

Hi guys, well after waiting ages (ezine being slow) most of my articles have been accepted and i am starting to receive good traffic from them. However although i am receiving good traffic, it is not converting to a sale.

I am trying to target just the one product currently so i can dominate this then move on to expaning my product range later on, i have added a GREAT review of the product, by great i mean no bullshit exactly what i thought, my own opinions analysed every peice of the product however no one is buying it.

Fair enough the site has been up a couple of days (yes i am impatient) i am looking for other techniques to convert traffic in to sales. I have done a product review but what else can i do?

You don't decide if your landing page is GREAT or not, lol.

Just tweak it till it gets you sales. Get 100 visitors - no sales? Tweak it, wait for another 100 visitors, etc.

Ooor something could be completely wrong which tweaking cannot help, we won't know unless we see it. It's hard to give tips on conversion when you don't know anything other than "I can't get any sales".

 

True true, however i see too many people giving out information about products they promote and although i realise it is hard to give advice on a market that you do not know anything about i would rather keep it this way, sorry.

I meant the review i did for a product was great, and i did not decide this the product seller who made me change my first review did.

I shall keep tweaking the site, is there a simple technique to use to gain sales, do you do product reviews or create an opt in subscription list, or something else whats your experience with these techniques which have converted the most for you?

 

What type of landing pages you use depend entirely on the market. Even product owners don't know anything. What I meant was that no one decides if a review is great, other than your visitors. If you're not getting any sales then obviously it's not "great".

Just make everything as simple as possible. Make sure the links are visible.

PM me your MSN if you don't want to show your landing page to everyone, that would make everything much easier.

 

You will get a sale in one day for sure,Don't give up try until you get a sale.You will learn the way clearly after getting a sale.Don't worry,Check your stats daily and manage it.

 

Thanks for your comments, yeah i know it will come just when though. I think its the increased amount of first sales threads that i have read over the past week that have wanted me to get mine soon.
Although they are motivating they are also annoying, when your waiting for yours

You could offer more stuff to sell. But i would also concentrate on getting more traffic and reach more people.
Sometimes if i have time i just make money off highpaying keyword articles. And add some backlinks to it. So basically they are paying you and you get free advertising

 

well work on your landing page cause now you are getting the traffic , what is required is conversion , tweak the landing page, experiment till you get the right mix .... if you are not getting conversion from your existing traffic that in itself is a sign that there is something wrong
