Please drop in a post if you do eventually get any sales. I think this might have turned out better if you had more variation in your methods ie choosing more niches and varying the bio box.
Jose, I hope you keep persisting with article marketing. Please do not give up, I know it is not easy. I would of wanted to see you succeeded as this forum post grew. I know you still have it in you, but maybe you might have to change things up a bit. The past month, I have written 7 articles, which at this point, made me $225 for the month of March with a CTR of 41% (now 38%.) I Invite you to have a look at my articles. This might spike down my CTR, but for the sake of observing my articles, I am cool with that! Check out my articles at : http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Thomas_Howell The style that I have been using, is making articles, between 300-500 words in length, either offering a little information piece of the subject of the product, or doing an intro-problem-solution-click for solution format. Tom The Forex Guy
Keep it up I got my first sell today from my articles 12 articles 18 publised 300 something veiws 20 url clicks 1 sell All in about three weeks Your thread inspired me to write and it works! Thanks for your thread
Thanks for letting us see some of your articles. I think I finally "get" what I'm supposed to do. Write a piece and give information. Address issues and problems and offer your affiliate product as a solution (or something that makes life a hell of a lot easier). Thanks!
On vacations I work more too(i am a student), but I suggest to start from NOW...RIGHT NOW. I am still in the learning period but there is money to be made and the sooner the better.
did you make a sale from all of your niches or just one of them? because it seems you were targeting forex, xbox and that hydro whatever
Actually agbeyegbe, my most successful one so far, is the Forex killer with a couple of kills. I have also have gained a couple sales with XBOX repair and Louis Let's Dance as well. Keep in mind, this is within the frame of a month. Soon as I get permission to add more articles after the initial 10, I will add more articles, and look forward to pushing some great up and coming items! Tom The Forex Guy
and it looks like none of your articles has good search engine rankings, you can imagine how much you would have made if they were. I am one of forex killer's top affiliates, the moment you get 5 sales e-mail him and ask him to send you a free review copy of the software and the upsell book. Secondly try to use tracking, as you expand you would want to know were your sales are coming from right?
Thomas that's not bad at all given you've only written a few articles I've written over 140 and don't get many sales at all, though to be honest most of my articles were not done for clickbank sales. http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Alastair_Harris
I also submit to my own article directory - article-gems.com - because I NEVER get an article rejected :lol
Read the entire thread and it's a shame that Jose, wasn't successful. But have learnt a lot so thanks!
Yeah, I agree. Thanks for the thread. Sorry it didn't work out as well as you hoped, but I too have learned a lot from it.
Looking back on the experiment, I think that the main reason was that I didn't target the right keywords. Because I've been running the site even after I stopped posting articles and have produced additional 500 hops with no sales. So the hops up to now (ezinearticles) 600 + the 500 hops from social bookmarking sites generated ZERO sales. This makes me think because hey, 1100 hops and no sales... that's just bad. TheForexGuy your stats are awesome! I hope they'll stay that way.
Have you considered maybe targeting different keywords , writing more efficient articles ... i.e. are you going to give it another go? Yes Forex Guy's stats are very very impressive.
Honestly this is showing off. I've never seen a 50% CTR from EA to your link and I've meet a lot of internet marketers driving VERY expensive cars. Show us some data.
