I am curious to know how well you are doing on Ezine Let's post here our article stats. A small screenshot of views, url clicks, number of articles, etc. Here's mine:
As you can see my overall CTR is quite low - but that's largely because of a few articles with very high views (around 2,000) with extremely low clicks. Plus I really only started thinking about my resource box over the last 30 or 40 articles. I used to do articles totally for the links back, I didn't really think about getting direct traffic from them at first (yes, very dumb move.)
Wow, I'm doing well in terms of clicks/article and total CTR. That's nice. Here are my statistics: nadavs
Zibblu, I was doing exactly the same Using Ezine for backlinks only. And actually I started to understand the importance of resource box recently too I hope my new articles will perform much better.
I admit that I have a fair amount of "lightweight" articles in a specific niche that does make me money, and that those articles are kinda stupid.
I'm jealous grover! you have about the same amount of articles as me but 4 times as many clicks! Even more jealous of you. That's impressive. How long have those articles been up? Man - that's some good stuff.
Just posted my first article today, writing more at the moment as well.. hopefully it'll increase sales
Nice stats groover How many sales do you get per week in average? Thamelas How long your articles have been live on Ezine?
right this may seem like a stupid question but what does it mean when it says articles published? Is this when someone takes your article and uses it in a magazine etc?
Those stats are good, but my conversions aren't so great. That's the next piece of the puzzle I have to learn. Sales were really off this week. I've got EA figured out, but now I need to figure out how to sell better it seems.
grover69 I don't know what you mean by really off but I had nothing for 5 days, and it doesn't make be happy
wait someone told me not to bother with the resource box...should I be cloaking my affil links in there? or should I be linking to my blog or squidoo?
Resource box is really important. This is where you can get clicks or not. Build anticipation in the resource box like literally telling them "you will get this if you click on my link". Also i've increased my CTR when i included a call for action like "click here"
