Ezine article disappeared from google?

I submitted an article to ezine with a 3-word keyword. It got accepted, I searched the long-tail-keyword on google and the article showed on 7th position.
I thought, hey, let's bump it up so I submitted it to 3 bookmarkingsites. But now, a week later it's just gone from google?! I can't find it, but it's still alive in ezine.

So whats up with this? Anyone?

Could be the "google honeymoon" situation where Google gets all happy and indexes your site on the first page and then you get dropped after like a week.

    That's normal.

New links in SERPs always jump like that at the beginning. It takes a bit of time before they are more stable in rankings.

Hmm, but it's not like it's on the 10th page or something. It's like google banned it. I can't find it anywhere.

I had the same exact problem back when I was tracking my progress ( :D ) A few days after the article was approved, it completely disappeared from Google.

Now, it is my most viewed article on Ezine. Just wait :)

Maybe someone used that article on his site and now your article is considered "duplicate" and thus not showing in SERP's.
