Client needs a bit of updating to their logo.
We need this quickly.

Below are a couple of variations of client logo, we are looking for update and examples are below:

Feedback:
We want to keep similar fonts in examples.
We want to keep similar colors & add some Blue (shades of blue that you added)
Incorporate the pineapple that is in 3rd example given.
Layout (see last example for layout and color variation also):
City (on the first line)
Spotlight (on second line)
Community Magazine (on 3rd line)

Can you make the font for Spotlight like the 2nd example
Remove the square box behind pineapple (leave the color) make the edges less defined, like a shadow of color.
Replace the word city with Suwanee (use a different font for this word similar to Mistral font, but more legible/easier to read and remove arches.

You forgot to leave the color behind the pineapple, just not a square, but leave the color.
You changed the font on the wrong word. Spotlight stays the same, change font on Suwanee.

Yes ... There seems to be a shadow next to the pineapple leaves on the right. What is that?
