I start net business on Jan 2005. I work only 4 hours a day using ARC Plus glass. My eye problem starts on October.

My doctor told no problem in my eye. He gives me drops for two month. It not reduces my eye problem.

Now, I think to stop computer working. Please help me solve my eye problem giving best idea.

That and the only advice worth getting on this forum or any other forum about your eye problem and how it relates to your computer, is to (ready for this one?)
    SEE AN EYE DOCTOR!

    Geesh...how darn hard is that?

I have eye problems also...so I have a pair of glasses just for computer use!
These are prescription and fitted to the distance and size of my monitor.
    Work excellent for me.

I've been using my comp regularly (for more than 10 hrs a day) since the last 6 years. Haven't had any eye problems :D

Here are a few tips that might help...

    - Make sure that your comp area is brightly lit. Don't dim the lights while you're working.

    - Try to blink regularly while you're working. Sometimes when you get too engrossed in your work, one tends to stop blinking, or blink after a long time.

    - Try to look away from the screen once in a while. It is always a good idea to close your eyes for some time, or take a break and get up from in front of your pc.

    - Keep atleast a feets difference between you and the monitor screen. Refrain from poking your head tooo close to the pc ;)

    - And try changing your monitor / screen if you don't have a good one.

    Hope these help :D

I used to have eye problems, migraines and stuff from using the computer for 6+ hours a day. I just discovered that it's eyestrain caused from my contacts, I don't know if I wasn't blinking enough and they dried out or what, but now when I wear my glasses everything is okie dokie and I haven't had a real migraine since I stopped wearing contacts.

My eye problems are because I stayed up drinking half the night, now have to put 10 hours in on the computer.
