Extremely low CTR

I've had my website (jasonswett.net) up for over a year and, over the past year, I've only gotten 15 ad clicks, total, despite 21,379 page views. That's a 0.07% CTR.

This seems ridiculously low to me. Should I be concerned that my ads are set up wrong or something like that?

i heard that crap blogs or sites don't earn much these days
