Poor Service, Poor Customer Support: I bought a master reseller plan from Hostmeforever.net and after purchasing I have been facing a lot of problems with them. I contacted them opening support tickets in my client area but they take on an average 2 days to reply a ticket. No response within 6-8 hours. And their replies are mostly one liner and very unprofessional. Most of the times my queries and problems are unsolved. I bought their master reseller plan to host some warez linking sites because 1) Their server is offshore; NL 2) Cheap Price 5$/month. Hostmeforever.net's Server Blocking Traffic: Cheap price and great expectations, but no use. Katz.cd banned my site because hostmeforever.net's server was blocking the referred traffic from Katz.cd. I hope you all know that warez linking sites gets traffic from DDL sites like Katz.cd and Phzeddl.com. So what is the use of hosting a site in offshore server which is blocking traffic. I contacted them asking to find out why the server is blocking traffic from katz.cd and they replied me to contact Katz.cd for the solution. I am asking the thread readers, 1) Who is my host hostmeforever.net or Katz.cd? 2) Who should solve my hosting related problem; hostmeforever or Katz.cd? Problem adding addon domains: Though I had support for unlimited addon domains but I was unable to add a single addon domain in my hosting account. Error Message I received while trying to add a addon domain: 84.244.177.107,84.244.177.107 these IPs belongs to hostmeforever.net. Then why should I face this problem. I opened ticket and even asked to try themselves to try to add the domain as addon domain. But unfortunately they closed my ticket without any solution. Conclusion: I am quite frustrated because of poor service from Hostmeforever.net. I hope panosss will take this review seriously. Please try to solve my problem. If I get improved service from them I will obviously post it in this thread and recommend others to buy hosting from hostmeforever.net.
Again one liner reply. There should be other ways to solve the problem. I never faced this kind of problem with any other host. But unfortunately I am short in funds and suffering with CHEAP hosts like you. POOR SERVICE, POOR SUPPORT. And I request you if you are replying tickets in the client area of your site please read it first than reply.

The site you state in your post is banned by katz for phishing. Let alone receiving any traffic from katz.cd. Check yourself: http://katz.cd/blacklist.php?q=pspworldz.com Code (markup): I am not asking you to stop your firewall. I asked you for solution so that traffic from katz.cd don't get blocked by your server. Changing host is a waste of time as well as money. Why don't you try to solve the problem in other way. Try to solve customer's problem and don't ask them to find another host.
I agree with nafisha I'm a owner of of that site, they are bad really bad. I payed till December 07, 2008 for Master Reseller they just ran off with my money and got suspended. So, I went to Ecatel and bought a couple of Dedicated Server to resolve this problem. Speed & Uptime was great with them but ran off with my money!
