Selling Extremely Active Topsite (2.5 mill button views / 41 Active Members) PR2

~THIS IS NOT A WAREZ SITE~

I'm looking to sell my topsite that specializes in the warez genre. It is NOT a DLL, and links to NO illegal material. I've kept it hosted offshore myself, but there's nothing stopping a buyer from moving to USA hosting.

The site is powered by Aardvark Topsite, a well known topsite script. The style is 100% custom to the site, and full rights will be included (it will never be used elsewhere). When I had ads on the site I was making about $5 a month selling banner slots, or $4 using different ad networks. I finially ended up selling a few backlinks which got the site banned from Google's index (it's now unbanned; check for yourself).

There are currently over 2.5 million recorded pageviews of the button, and 41 active users. Overall i've put a lot of my time and work into this site, and got it to rank pretty well in search engines (was on the first page for both "warez topsite" and "warez toplist", these should return fairly soon as they are the anchor text for the buttons).
