Extracting from a rating file.

    I have files named like item_66b.rating and the contents are like below, which includes the ip of each voter and what they ranked the item. Is there anyway to extract this and move it to a mysql database?

    You should do this with PHP. I'm not a programmer so I can't code anything for you but you might get more help posting or moving this thread to the php forums.

    thx for the help. I decided to just add a code to the rating script to write the results to the database and the update it everytime someone votes. Its working great.
