Extracting emails from sent list in email for marketing

Hi all,
I wanted to extract all the email id's that I have used to sent emails in gmail. I want to use them to announce about future release of products, does anyone here knows how to do that ?

 

If the list is stored in a DB, you can run a simple mysql/php code to extract them.

 

It is stored in gmail sent box. I don't have any specific DB for it.
