Extract images from video

    Does anyone know a program that can extract images from a video? like every 100 frames. I want one that has a batch job. I tried using video thumbnail maker but it doesn't work when running on a remote desktop

    After Effects can export a movie as a JPEG or BMP sequence - but I don't think it can be limited to every 100 frames. I guess you could just export every frame and then pick out every 100th frame and delete the rest.

    How big is the file? If it's not a huge movie, then I could run it through AE for you.
