Selling Extra Plugin - Wordpress Plugin and Site on Sale

We have promoted the plugin a bit and have a few users. We have done two giveaways for it along with the JohnChow review:

The plugin is 2 years old, compatible with the latest version of wordpress. We maintained the plugin well but never really promoted it enough.

We have never counted how many downloads we got for the plugin and the traffic on the plugin site is not much. We had a few buyers over the 2 years period - we haven't tracked them. We do have some traffic and earnings, but it is pretty low - so consider traffic and earnings to be none.

The idea with the plugin was to monetize our own niche blogs which it did well due to it's "Placement Targeting" features. But we never tried to promote it enough.

Why we are selling it now?

Since we have sold out most of our niche blogs - we are not using this plugin ourselves much.

So, i think selling this plugin to some one who can maintain it and promote it and make money out of it - is a good idea.
