Lets say you do a google search for 'sky'. The first result you get in organic listings is for sky tv - fine. But under the main result, but still within the same result you have a few extra links from inside the website. In this case, news, joining etc. Whats this called, and how is it setup? Is it decided by Google or some code that a webmaster can implement? Thanks.
