Extra mini links in google results

Lets say you do a google search for 'sky'. The first result you get in organic listings is for sky tv - fine. But under the main result, but still within the same result you have a few extra links from inside the website. In this case, news, joining etc.

Whats this called, and how is it setup? Is it decided by Google or some code that a webmaster can implement?

    Thanks.

    Indented result
When Google finds multiple results from the same website, the most relevant result is listed first, with other relevant pages from that site indented below it.
