External links updated but PR remains same

    I saw the latest update today (March 2) of page with external links through Google Webmaster Tools. But PRs remain unchanged. I'm curious whether the new update has not come yet or my sites are not qualified to update?

    Backlinks are always updated and major PR update happens every quarter, wait around the end of this month till early of next month.

    Yep, in some circumstances, they will only update backlinks, but not PR.

    backlinks updates faster and more times that PR.

    I always found sub page PR always change every the end of the month for 3 months but the main domain url keep the same PR.

    Ya google will update its back links first and then it will update the Page rank another day!!
