    Is there a free tool to find what links are leaving your site (for checking hackers, bad sites, etc.)?

    Should be "incoming link".

    Ask G "how to check incoming link" (without '''').

    If you see undesirable incoming links, politely ask for their removals.

    backlinkwatch is a best tool to check BL and also gives all the BL URL...
