    Someone from Extabit finally got back with me. Apparently, someone had high-jacked my password and had put it out for others to use. Can now login and everything works... Thanks to the rep from Extabit who was able to help.

    DONT GET YOUR SELF A PREMIUM ACCOUNT ON EXTABIT!!!!


    Its slow like a 56k modem. I get 5mb/s on other filehost services but extabit
    gives you around 10/kbits. And they have no support, and people have problems to
    close there accounts. So its renewing there premiums and taking money.

    extabit continues to try to charge my paypal account long after I tried to cancel the service. Paypal shows balance is owing but I have now been supplied the service. How to I stop extabit from trying to charge me ?

    @robssmac - cancel your recurring subscription in paypal, if you do not know how to do this, just google - cancelling recurring subscription in paypal. you should do this in your account, as for u have been supplied with the service, try extabit support and ask them to cancel it

    I did this and I no longer recieve the service. My problem is that paypal tells me that they keep requesting funds and paypal is tallying a bill that rises each month. Paypal says this amount is owed to extabit.
