In your situation, the reason may be the wrong pay plan, when we fix this, maximum percent must grow up (talked about it in PM).

20% means, that your trafic quality is extremely bad. But if you just started, it is normal situation, your users haven't bought any premiums and made more than 100 downloads, so system set your effectiveness to zero.

On a new site for extabit, users start buy premiums in one or two weeks, they must see, that many files are stored on this hosting and it is a good idea to buy comfortable access.

I advise to set 100% from sales for this time, to get maximum money from first sales. Then, your effectiveness will grow up and you'll decide, what is more profitably: to earn on downloads or get the percent from sales.

I've tried non premium link, all is ok. I have no premium on Hotfile, but I think, it is not a problem to upload using premium too.

 

Hi, Is it possible not to use "adult advertising" (friendfinder. ...) since many of the downloaders are children (downloading games ...) ? and the people of the Arab countries (Saudi Arabia, Quatar, ...) are refusing to use and download from Extabit because of these ads. I personally know many super active uploaders who liked the properties of Extabit but not using it of the adult ads. Please reconsider this point.

 

I agree, there needs to be more family friendly advertising. If you don't have any other advertisers willing to support, then you need to try finding other advertisers. No wonder I have not been getting very many downloads. My content is downloaded by those from younger teens to elders. Until I hear this has been changed, I am dropping extabit as a partner.

 

The download speed for free useres is very slow. Can u improve it a little?

Please, improve the download speed for free users. It's very slow.
