Man, those files are not without activity....... They are being downloaded everyday, suddenly one day all files before 15 of April got deleted!! Files only deleted when 20 days without activity right, and even if that's not so, why the files went off all at once??? I believe it's a system failure and so I ask you, can you restore my files or not? I planning to get a year or so premium, but if those files can not be restored I have to rethink my decision........
