Im not sure if anyone else out there runs an e-commerce site where they use UPS for their shipping, but if there is, I need some help. I want to export a csv or outlook address book file from my database to UPS. auto generation of this file based on new customers would be better. If there is a programmer out there looking to make a some cash I'll gladly pay to have it done also. Please advise, getting sick of typing into UPS...
1. Select how the fields in your file are separated from The file is separated by: drop down menu. 2. Select the date format that will be used from The date format is: drop down menu. 3. In the Custom Fields section, find the field that corresponds to the first field in your Contact file and type a 1 in the text box. 4. In the Customer Fields section find the field that corresponds to the second field in your Contact file and type a 2 in the text box, then repeat this step for each field in your Contact file, typing the corresponding field number in the appropriate text box. For example, if you have a csv file that contains fields in the following order: First Name, Last Name, Mobile, Home Phone, Business Phone then you would fill in the following text boxes in the Custom Fields section: 5. Specify the file you want to import in one of the following ways: *. Type the name of the file in the File name text box. *. Click on the Browse button, which will open up a navigation window with your computer's files, locate the file you want to import, select it, and then click on the Open button. The selected file name will appear in the File name text box. 6. Click on the Import button. Your imported contact information should now appear in your Address Book, with all the contacts assigned to the specified category. Note: Please remember that your contacts are included in your e-mailbox storage usage. Therefore if you imported a significant number of contacts into Web Mail, you should check your storage usage to ensure that you aren't close to exceeding your e-mailbox storage allocation
