Interesting. That makes sense since you have to reach $100 to receive a check. BUt, I will stick with it and see what happens. The link is themed with my website content so it's not hurting anything and I really just put it up as an experiment, so we'll see what happens ;).

The reason I didn't go with them at the moment is because they don't have relevant ads in inventory for my website and they are going to set ads to promote themselve only on my site.

I would give a try before making any conclusion when they offer specific ads that fits my site.

And the conclusion is....Expo Active sucks!

I was just updating my fashion blog (which is where the placed the expo active ad's) and the ad I signed up to have displayed (a jewelry store) was no longer being displayed. Expo Active ads and breast cancer awareness ads were being displayed instead, which don't really mesh with a fashion blog, under the heading "Cool Stores". I've removed the Expo Active ads from my site and it looks like I won't be receiving the whopping $3.50 I made.

Expo Active is weak. Don't bother.

I asked from them my first check, $105, 5 days ago, nothing happens, no payment released, no nothing. Email them , of course no answer.
I'm waiting few more days and i'll let everyone know .

I posted expoactive ads on my site looprumors.com a week ago. I now have over $50 in account balance.
I don't think I'll be getting my first check, am I?

Speaking about scam, ExpoActive advertised a wholesale electronics site on looprumors.com (it's on the top, under the menu: 35% discount is the headline). Their prices are unbelievable. However, I am skeptical about it.
Has anyone heard about that site?
    Tell me what you think...

I'm sorry to bring this one back from the dead, but I thought it would be necessary since I just received another one of those infamous emails. Thought it might keep some others from falling for the scam.

I've been running ExpoActive ads for about 5 months now, but still no pay after 2,5 months of requesting and sending emails...

Starting to lose patience with these guys...

Absolutely agreed. I used to have their Ads up, but they paid pennies. They were probably just banking on no one getting up to the $100 payout.

    I hate those guys

    It's most definitely the SCAM.

Well I've been with them for 3,4 months, and guess what. No payment, and no answering the mails. I was thinking of contacing verisign and see what they can do about it. I guess not much. If I would be able to get address from them, that can be also beneficial (go there, break some legs, etc… ) .

Anyhow, to cut the story short, I got $400 accumulated, since I had some direct advertisers on my site, and I cant make payment at all. Also, I can't get an answer from them, since nobody seems to answer the emails.

Wish we can make something our of it. Breaking legs seems like the only option at the moment, provided we find out adress.

    Cheers all, and good luck.

    D.

I'm down to help break some legs and loosen some skulls. I'm glad I never took them up on their offer, I'd probably be in the same shape you guys are.

That does sound unfortunate. Hell, they were promising me .45 a click, needless to say I never checked it out.

Ok, here's a little bit of an action. Thought I should give a try.

Like I said in the email, I will post any answer they send to me here. I really hope they can do something about another SCAM out there.

    Cheers all,

    Dragan

I just got an email from expoactive as well. Funny thing this was the second advertising enquiry email I got today of this kind for the same site (nuxified). The first was from kontera.com. :D Weird.

Anyway, judging from what most of you say here I suppose I should just ignore it.

    Thanks
