Has anyone received an email solicitation from ExpoActive.com? I just received one from them. They are offering $0.68 per click for a text ad on one of the sites I manage. They sent me a specific URL where they would like to place their text ad: http://www.jellybags.net/jelly_privacy.htm This is new to me. Are they just spammers or should take their offer seriously? I did some research and couldn't find anything about this company. Any insight appreciated. AmCy
Same here, got offered 1.25/click. But, after signup I noticed that they add 3 ads in the ad unit, all three are to them but only one has the tracking code. It sort of implied this in the publisher admin too. So, basically - you have a 1 in 3 chance of getting a paid click, and it's the left ad which probably has a lower CTR.
I just got a similar offer. The expoactive.com is PR0 and seems to have 0 incoming links (according to google). I think I will pass for now!
I've been using their services for about 5 months now, of which I've been requesting them to pay me the money I made for about 2,5 months... I'm a patient guy by nature, but this is starting to look like a fraud...
