    SEO is the process of making your site appear higher in the search engine result pages for a certain keyword/s.

    There's no rule as to how SEO is performed as everyone has his/her own opinions, but basically it all boils down to unique content and backlinks.

    SEO can be broadly classified into On-page and Off-page. On-page activities mainly consists of script optimization, modifying keyword density, Meta tags reduction, site map optimization, optimization of the navigational structure etc., to make the website Search Engine Compliant. Off-page activities would involve performing Link Building, Press release, Article submissions, Content submission, Directory submissions, etc. Off-page activities are carried out to build authority around the website and also facilitate frequent indexing. Helps you to enhance page rank (PR), get link juice, get referral traffic etc. always go for quantity rather than quantity. Hope this helps. Let me know if you require more info.

For on-page optimization, you are optimizing the webpage that helps the search engine's spiders to crawl and rezognize more easily. For off-page popularity, you are increasing the popularity of your site by having more and more incoming links.

    Because SEO say you that how can you run between lots of online crowd, and how will you make a positions there.

    If you are obedient for SEO then you will be on good position forever, otherwise online crowd can kill your site. :D
