    Hi,
As far as I know Google Panda has nothing to do with popularity, back links and adsense account. It is meant to identify the Quality of the content that you are using on your website or other blog. Please read the google official blog at googleblog at blogspot of february 2011 post about algorithm change. Since then google has launched many updates of the panda.

As reported by the search engine land it is basically an algorithmic change that can affect your ranking if you have duplicate or copy content on your website. If you have none you do not need to worry about. Since many article publishing, blogs, forums and press release distribution websites are the source of duplicate content so they may be affected by this change. Since They are some of the source of back links you may be affected as they will be evaluated lower than before.

    regards

Yes, the update concerns measuring the quality of the content of a site, to try and reduce the amount of poor quality content churned out or plagiarised from elsewhere. I think pages that offer very little unique content (e.g a post that quotes a different source with a 1 sentence summary) is the kind of content that will be affected

Bottom line: big companies move slowly. G has an idea of what they are doing but they are testing as much as anyone. If you think inline with what they want to accomplish then you can better weather the storms.

In general, Panda deals with the issue of quality of content - websites with pages with low value of content - duplicate or close duplicate content, also pages which are very similar in terms of HTML (typically affiliate pages tailored for different keywords but essentially same in structure). The idea of Panda is that every page on your site must be a bit unique and carry a value. In case there are lot of low value pages, because of Panda you loose rankings.
