i see on DP a lot of article submission people wanted, why do people want to submit articles, how does it help your own site? do you submit an article and then add a link advertisement at the bottom to it? is that how you get lots of traffic back to your own site?
Article submission is where you write an article and submit it to different sites/search engines/forums/etc. so people can find it easier. The benefit is that it can help increase traffic to your site. When people come to your site, if you have ads, there's a chance you can make money. You cannot make money with your site unless you have traffic.
if you submit an article how do they come to your site? so you have to add an advertisement into your article? is that how it works.. what if your site is not related to the article would that worK?
Generally, you would write an article on your site. You would really submit the URL of that particular article to these other sites (or your RSS feed), and other people will find the link to your article, and come to your site to read it. You do not need to add an advertisement for this to work.
