I sent my registar a payment for the renewal of two of my best domains. Apparently they didnt process the payment, register the domains or anything. Now some expired domain company picked them up. WTF DO I DO??

I am sad to hear this.

But you should have checked them as they were premium domains.

They would give you 30 or 60 days after they expire and they will keep sending you emails when they are expiring.

Why did you not get the emails?

Next time go with a good company like Hostway.com or go Daddy etc.

Sorry for your situation, but not sure if you can get your domains back?

Contact the new "owner" and see if they're interested in selling it to you. But
they might not bother to reply, or they might reply with an outrageous figure.

Unless you can demonstrate trademark rights based on what the laws allow,
then you no longer have rights to the domain name except to try acquiring it
from its current name holder or move on. And if you want to try to hold the
    registrar accountable, good luck.

I've yet to see anyone successfully sue a registrar for something like this for
the past 4 years of my having been in the business.

    Sorry to hear...

Did you try calling or emailing your registrar before your domains expired? Do you have proof that you sent your payment before your domains expired? If the domains are very valuable, maybe its worth trying to file a lawsuit against the registrar. Other than that, I can't think of anything that you can do.
