    Yes this is true. Buying domain with high money for high PR is just wasting money. As PR will be vanished after the expiration of the domain.
    if you can buy a full website with domain, then there are 70% possibility of getting that PR, and 30% possibility of losing some backlinks.
    So don't waste your money buying high PR domain.

    you can find all expiring names at prtag.com, but you have to filter it to find some PR domains.
    I use the site to find good keyword names that expiring :)
