If it is PR7 and you can register it, of course do so. You can sell it for a huge profit or use it for a good website.

It probably was a Fake PR7 domain. If it's dropped to PR0, it won't go up unless you build up the incoming links from high PR sites again.

It must be a fake page rank. PR7 is too high to be expired like that. There are many fake page rank checkers online, just see what they say. PR will be reduced over a period of time, but it is nothing like a jump from 7 to 0! A PR7 domain should have atlest few thousand backlinks reported by google. Check the link: search on google and see what it says.

If it shows zero then it was fake PR. I have heard of some PR7 expiring because of lost interest but it is rare. Where did you hear about this expired name?

You own this name? I am a bit confused. If you sell it be honest because people here will find out if it is fake or not and it will trash your rep.

Check in yahoo , how many backlinks are remaining for the domain, since it could be a fake PR

I don't think that a real PR7 domain can pass from so many domainers' eyes without getting noticed. It must have fake PR, but you never know.

If name seems ok, grab it for $7 .. and then let us know, someone will find out if PR is real and so.
