Expired domain name at eNom. Renew fee so high. Possible to lower?

    Hi,
I haven't been doing domain names for a while. And just realized I have a domain expired 2 days ago. The renew fee is $29+ as that account isn't a retail nor reseller account. I didn't know it until I went to renew page today.

Since the domain domain is already expired, I can't push the domain to an eNom account with retail prices nor can I transfer the domain name since can't get the authorization code.

I checked the retail account applying page as well. And needs a flat of $195 in order to get one account. :(

Can someone please help. If there is any way to renew the domain without spending $29+?

    Thanks in advance :(

You might contact their customer service. Always send an email and also fax a copy. They have a good support team.
