If you use Google's Keyword Tool they will give you the: Avg Search Volume: Month Approx Avg Search: Year A certain keyword I types in show 60,500 for avg search volume and 40,500 for approx avg search If I divide 60,500 by 30 that equals 2016 for the daily searches If I divide 40,500 by 12, then by 30 that equals 112 for my daily searches Which one should I go by? Experts am I doing this right? Thanks in advance
Not even close.. theres a button that says "exact search volume" or something like that, that you can change to see how many searches that keyword actually had. (Where are you getting 40,500 divided by 12 from? I'm pretty sure they don't have a "year" search volume on there. They do however have a "last month" volume.)
That tool has poisoned data (not true numbers, but i won't explain in depth cause is tedious). Use at your own risk
