Experts answers only - Unique IP's On google Search Result (paricular web address) Helps IN SEO?

Hey Guys I Have A Question in mine mind
As We have seen google changing its search algorithm, nowadays google is ranking pages on these factors,
unique people clicking on particular link
then how much time does a visitor on the page,
how visitor interact with pages
google infact stores the result for particular ip address and show different result acc. to different ip
these are the things and accordingly google ranks pages,
but what if we buy 1k unique ip address for some countries and daily clicks from search results to our website , will this help in seo and increase ranking in google?

Yes, It will help your site to gain rankings and trust. But only if the quality of the traffic is good. If you get only unique clicks and most of the users close the site within 5-20 desc., then it won't do any good. Users must stay and browse pages on the site to get that quality.
