    I have submit 10-12 sites into DMOZ and 80 % is success ratio.
    So Is there any branding reason because I have a site who have PR 2, And other have PR 1. So Not conformed sites are non-brand that's they are not approved my site. Can you tell me about this branding reason of your submission style.

    PR has no bearing on your sites eligibility.

    Your site may not be approved yet because
    * there is no editor actively working the category
    * your submission is to the wrong category
    * your submission is spammy
    * your site has no unique content
    * your site is too similar to other, approved, sites in the category

    No, DMOZ has other criteria of listing websites. They never consider your PR, your backlinks, your social media reputation for listings.
    You can’t say your website is rejected because you never receive any notification for this.. and usually after some period, webmasters assume that their website has been rejected.
