These are standard professional SEO skills. What do you consider "more than SEO" in that list?

 

The things I bolded are not an SEO's job. Granted some SEOs know how to do it, but it's certainly not part of the job. I can edit some little stuff in php, but it appears you're looking for a coder/SEO/IT guy
